I worked with Paul. He was straight forward and honest. Now I’m horrible at reviews. But Paul deserves 10/10!!! He did amazing work and busted his butt from the time he start to the end of the day. What I mean is he started at my place at 930am and didn’t leave till after 830pm. He put in a tankless water heater and soft water tank. Did a very quick fix for my downstairs toilet that didn’t want to stop running. Now don’t expect free work but expect to be treated right. I hope his boss and bosses boss sees this and Paul is amazing!!!
Thomas was excellent from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and professional. Responded in record time and got everything taken care of in a very reasonable amount of time and as efficiently as possible. I have always had good experiences with Roto-Rooter in the past, but Thomas was easily one of the best overall and his customer service put it over the top. My main basement drain started backing up late Thursday night. I was recommended by a friend to contact them as they do work for our business. I called about 10am Friday and had an appointment at 12:00pm. WOW. Quick! Tyrone and John let me know 15 minutes out of their arrival and they were friendly, and got right down to business. They diagnosed, explained my options, and remedied the problem quickly. They found that a clean out pipe had never been accessed before (even though I had a different company hour just a year prior for a back up). They opened up a hole in the wall to access it and cleaned out decades worth of crud out of it. They let me know where I could find a door to purchase and cover the valve. Now, it will be easily accessible in the future. They cleaned up after they left, which is always appreciated. I am very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend them! They earned a new customer for the future!
Kitchen sink was backing up and garbage disposal wasn’t working. Estimated they could come out around 4-5 pm the same day. Chad was able to come out much sooner than that around 1 pm and quickly fixed the issue! It was a simple fix that the garbage disposal needed reset so he just charged the maintenance fee of $50! He noticed I didn’t have the right tool to reset it myself so he left me one. Had he needed to fix the sink the quoted price was less than $200, and I think that is very reasonable.
The technician, Nate, was at my home quickly. He was very knowledgable, troubleshooted the situation (both toilets blocked) and fixed it. He kept me informed each step of the way, he was efficient ,cleaned after himself, I was very happy with the tech and the service. The price was well within my comfort level.

My service tech, Bryant, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the work he has to perform. Before he started working, he explained and showed me exactly what was needing to be done. When he began working on my plumbing issue, he even let my cat help him. Bryant was done in a short time and made sure to show me my now repaired system. Thanks, Bryant. We had our sewer main back up and found out it needed to be replaced. American Rooter came by promptly and inspected the sewer and were able to provide us a quote for replacement. A few weeks later they had the old sewer out and a new one in its place complete with cleanouts. I'd recommend American Rooter as they were clean and professional, provided their own booties which made the post-install cleanup a breeze in house.
Pat was very professional and informative. He did what he promsised to do, cleared a clog in my sewer line, and provided videos of the exisiting conditions. The ultimate result is not what I had hoped for, but he was honest about the repairs that I need.
