I love this location, I’m someone who is typically very afraid and uncomfortable when I need to go to the doctor’s due to previous experiences in Santa Cruz, CA. At Carbon Health, everyone on staff makes me feel welcome and comfortable. The medical assistant I’ve had the pleasure of seeing a few times, Kim, is always so friendly and personable, she makes me forget I’m even sick! The facilities are modern and clean, wait times are pretty minimal compared to what I’ve dealt with in the past, especially when it comes to Urgent Care. Such a dream! I’m seriously considering making the switch and seeing a Carbon Health provider as my primary care provider.

Irving St front desk office were courteous and efficient. Virtual assessment with PA was very smooth, and then I was able to get a PCR test. Was very easy to set up a same-day appointment. 10/10 recommend.

The doctor who saw me was AMAZING. He walked me through my symptoms by fully showing me what was happening in my body and was causing the way I was feeling and how the prescribed medicines would help me— all of which is so rare to take the time to do. Would making him my PCP if I could!
I came in with an extremely painful ear infection. Thomas Mink (PA) as well as the nurse assigned to me were wonderful. They were knowledgable, kind, and helpful. I made an appointment online the night before and was in and out with a filled prescription in under 30 minutes. Definitely recommend the Lombard location of GoHealth!
Very good experience. Same day appointment, efficient online paperwork, parking available on the street, on time. The doctor was on point, sent the prescription right away and I felt much better the next day. I highly recommend them.

I've visited this office a few times, when I thought I had a UTI, turns out one time it was a UTI, he cured it, but the second time it wasn't, even though I thought it was, but no it was rib cage pain! Dr. Blackledge identified the issue, gave me a support pad to put around my waist, some Tylenol because I rarely ever take pain medication, and 24 hours later, I felt better. His bedside manner is impeccable. Definitely my favorite doctor.
