Dr. Shah and Dr. Watson are absolutely amazing. I’ve been taking all of my pets here for years (4 kitties, 2 beardies, 1 bunny). They’re so kind and thorough. I can’t speak for the other doctors on staff, but everyone that we’ve seen over the years (I’ve had MANY visits) has always been truly great. I would absolutely follow Dr. Shah to a new practice if she left.
After trying various vets in Saratoga, Campbell, Willow Glen, we finally found a vet we trust! Hidden away in the small shopping center, I’m so glad my wife found this gem! The staff at Pinnacle are incredibly helpful and care about each of their clients. We’ve had a few reasons to visit this vet including getting standard shots for our pup, a scratched cornea, documentations and special shots for moving away to a different state, etc. They’re extremely knowledgeable and careful to do thorough examinations. They even have a side entrance/special room for animals that might have a contagious disease or illness so that the others aren’t exposed. We’ve moved out of state temporarily and miss our vet so much!
These guys are the BEST! I took my kitty in, as she was very sick. They told me the news I didn't want, but gave her some booster shots so i could spend 1 more day and night with my best friend. When the time came, we went back and they let me hold her as i said goodbye. Days later i recieved a condolence card signed by the entire office. I'm crying as I write this, but will forever be thankful for the wonderful staff. Thank you for making one of the the hardest things I ever done in my life go a bit easier. PP and I are very thankful.

This is one of our favorite vets, and we have seen dozens of veterinarians. We have lived in three states, and have many pets. Courtney Pet Clinic is compassionate, and the level of medical knowledge and professionalism is quite good. We trust them, and we are picky. Recommended.
The employees here are amazing. We have 6 kitten who were strays. It took some time to get them completely healthy. But now thanks to these group of amazing people. We now have very happy, healthy, energetic kitties.
I have not yet had a visit, however Jackie seemed to be knowledgeable, friendly and EXTREMELY helpful regarding information, tips and what the clinic offers for my 3 week old kitten. Answered all my questions very clearly and patiently. Thank you ! (Looking forward to bringing my pet to this location when she turns ~8 weeks)

I always feel like my dogs are treated very well here, I like that you’re given an estimate before any service, not just a bill at the end that you have no way to prepare for. The front desk is always kind and thoughtful. Lori especially, she is very good at what she does and always makes me feel heard.
I will be recommending this vet to all pet parents in the South Bay area. My dog was having an allergic reaction and they were able to see him in less than an hour. Dr. Stone and the vet tech were so kind and compassionate towards my dog, and they were very thorough with their exam. They recommended a treatment that ended up working perfectly for my dog, and even asked if the price for the visit was okay with me. VERY reasonable price for the reaction my dog was having. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Stone and his team moving forward!!
This place really earns its high score. Best vet I’ve ever met. She can be reached thru text, responds quickly, they don’t try to up-sale you & all appointments after the 1st visit are at the low “follow-up” price. They have a fully working online portal that handles refills with quick turn around and can schedule appointments. I went specifically for anti anxiety treatment for my dog and was having previous trouble finding a vet that could actually treat an issue like that. I able to start my dog on anti anxiety and she was knowledgeable of treatment options. If you’re looking for a vet that you can rely on, look no further.
