3 Best Locksmiths in Carlsbad, CA

I needed the key fob for my car programmed. I called in the Carlsbad Village Lock and Key after seeing their van. They had both of my fobs programmed in 30-40 minutes. The staff is super friendly and professional. The shop is full of different keys and accessories you may need. They have an updated computer system and nice clover Point of Sale. I recommend this place as they seem to be honest and straight forward. I will be using them for all of my key and lock needs in the future. No longer will I have keys cut at the big box stores.

I am a heavy equipment mechanic. I had a customer on a job site that broke their key in the ignition. I was able to remove the key. With the two parts to a complete key, Michelle was able to make me two new keys. Both work. I was in and out it less that 5 minutes. Would use them again

Great service! Went in for a new lock for the my mail box and they took care of me super fast. They have everything so if you’re looking for a great locksmith this is the place to go in the village.

Robert easily fixed my bolt lock (which kept getting stuck in the door) a couple weeks ago and it's still working great. He was on time, masked, very polite, and I was charged less than half of what the other businesses were charging. Highly recommended!

They came out quickly to change locks for me after I had to kick out an unruly, drunk roommate. They fixed a problem with an existing lock that I wasn't able to lock from outside with my key. Thank you Abba Locksmith, I would definitely use them again!

It is nice that in this day and age, you can find a locally owned and professionally managed locksmith store that has been totally reliable. I have used A-1 for three years now. Their prices are reasonable and the service is fast. I had broken a key off in a lock. I bought it from one of those huge warehouse places. Sure, it was a little cheaper then the keys I have since bought from A-1 but it was also more cheaply made. You get what you pay for, and this was an experience I will not repeat. I cannot recommend A-1 enough. My highest rating.

I can't say thank you enough to Mark and this awesome company!!My college student/daughter locked her keys in her trunk. Sadly with all her much needed softball equipment. I was locked out of my house at 9:30 PM and Mark at A1came in 15 minutes and got me into my house in 5 minutes. Great service, great price, nice guy. I will use Mark at A1 for all my future locksmith needs.
