I accidentally lost the key to my hitch lock on my truck and I had a long hitch mount used to haul wood attached, as I was assisting my family build a deck while on leave. I am in the military and was home on leave for only a week so unfortunately I did not have the spare key to my lock nor did I want to drive 10 hours back home with this extra long piece on my hitch. I called around to different locksmiths in the area and Jarrod was quick to respond. He was able to get the lock off my truck in about a min. He also responded in 30 minutes to assist and welcomed me back to Fort Wayne as a soon to be fellow veteran and didn't even charge for the service. Should I have any issues again I will definitely call him first.

They connected me to a guy who was super friendly and helpful and I actually learned how to pick the lock by watching him very cool guy they sent to help me out, he had all the tools and cut the key and reprogrammed the ecu/raid code in short order. Highly recommend the guy they sent not sure about company as a whole. It was expensive but still relatively fair.
