Ponderosa Garage Doors

Garage door got stuck closing one night this week so we were stranded with our vehicle trapped inside the garage. Ponderosa Garage Doors was recommended by some local real estate agents. Since it was after business hours, I used Ponderosa's website to upload pictures and describe the problem. Technicians arrived first thing in the morning and got the garage door open. Jesse discovered the cause for the sticking garage door. Turns out the cosmetic stuff I added to the exterior of the garage door was occasionally rubbing the door and preventing its smooth travel. We cleared the cosmetic stuff. I had Jesse do a tune-up. The garage door now operates super quietly just as when it was new!! Thank you Jesse and Ponderosa Garage Doors.

Had a great experience with technician Nick. Arrived on time, diagnosed our issues, offered us several different alternatives at different price points, no hard sell, and ultimately replaced our old garage door the next day while saving the drive motor. Nick was friendly, polite, and very good at his craft. He reprogrammed our exterior entry code and provided two new remotes. Finally, he left the workspace clean when the job was complete and gave us his card so we could contact him if we had any questions or issues after he left. Overall, a great experience with Nick and Ponderosa Garage Doors.
