Better Builders

In 2022, we hired Better Builders for a renovation project at our house, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team at Better Builders was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Kevin Flood, our project manager, was incredibly communicative and a pleasure to work with. The project included new roof and siding, trim, doors, and painting. The team worked closely with us to create a design that was both functional and stylish, and they were able to complete the entire project on time and within budget. Throughout the renovation, the team communicated with us regularly to keep us updated on the progress and to address any concerns we had. They were also very respectful of our house, keeping the work area clean and tidy at all times (which was key for our dogs!). The attention to detail and craftsmanship that Better Builders put into the project really shows in the finished product. We needed a major renovation on the exterior of our home; we bought the house knowing the decks and pool a lot of work. We also wanted to add a stand alone art studio. At the end of 2011, after interviewing several contractors for a potential remodel of our kitchen, bathroom and den, we contracted with Better Builders for the job. At that time Pete B. was the foreman for our project. They do exquisite work. Pete got to know our tastes and did extra touches. For example, we preferred the brushed nickel finish and Pete went the extra mile, using a wire scour to put that same finish on the shower curtain rod when it did not come in the finish we preferred. The work was finished in May 2012. The project still looks great and is holding up wonderfully after almost 10 years.
