AIS Heating & Air Conditioning

We used AIS Heating & Air Conditioning to fix/diagnose our Heater today and would highly highly recommend them. The technician who came to our place was Taylor. He was able to fix the issue, answer all our questions. Before this we had couple of other technicians come from other places and they gave us a high quote to replace the heater. Taylor was very professional and had patience answering all our questions and got the job done without costing us a huge amount.

I've been using AIS for years and currently have them come over every six months for an A/C tune-up or a furnace tune-up. They are always great, walking me through recommendations and tier them for me from urgent to more "nice to have". I've had Gabe do my service the past two times and he's great. He's efficient, great at answering my questions, and super friendly. I'm a lifer customer at this point.

Art came by for a consultation. He arrived on time and assessed my heating situation. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to discussing different options. I wish more estimate experiences were this good. I am still deciding on my heating situation. AIS is definitely a company I would consider.
