Called Henco on a Sunday letting them know I had a leaking water heater and didn’t know if it needed to be repaired or replaced. They were able to schedule a consultation for the next day with a service expert. Adrien called and arrived right at the expected time and determined we needed to replace the tank after he inspected it. He gave us the pricing and was able to change the tank immediately. It only took him 3 hrs from his arrival to complete everything. Every interaction was professional, timely and responsive!

Excellent service! We got a same day appointment for a drain cleaning, and were able to schedule a re-pipe consultation on my next available day off. At that appointment, absolutely everything was checked to see if a full re-pipe was necessary. Unfortunately, it is, but I appreciate the time and effort put forth to do absolutely everything to ensure that we explored every option available. We are on the books for our re-pipe early next week, and look forward to working with the folks at Henco in the future for any of our plumbing needs!

We had a blockage in our main line and Ricky was very helpful and informative. He cleared the line, told us why it was blocked and suggested some ways to prevent it from blocking again. We will use Henco again if we have any other plumbing problems - Amy.
