Absolutely the best tech I have ever worked with. He explained everything he was not a pushy salesman. Completed the job in a neat and timely manner. Called me 45 minutes before he would arrive. He was right on time I think having the right technician for your personality made all the difference in the world. We did not clash and he was extremely knowledgeable. King has a smooth operation. The tech showed me photos of what was wrong. What could go wrong gave me estimates on certain repairs that could be done in the future.
