He worked over the Christmas holidays - always available to answer any questions we had and get what we needed done during our option period. His team made our contract period and closing a breeze.

I live 200 miles away and was looking for a home in a very tough SA market. The best homes only lasted hours on the market. Cesar updated us hourly on home availability, went immediately to homes we were interested in and video and inspected each home and got the info to us within hours. When we were going to settle for what we thought was the perfect home, he pointed out the flaws, it was apparent he was more interested in us getting the right home and not just making a sale. I have bought over 20 homes in my life & dealt with many real estate companies, but never had the quality experience that I had with Cesar. I don't even remember how I found him, but I am very grateful that we did.
