Very very pleased. I’ve been visiting shampooch for a little over 2 years as a self-wash customer. It was nice to wash my muddy puppy and the staff was always very nice. I got scared when I saw they moved locations but I was relieved when I discovered they moved into my neighborhood. I was looking for a closer groomer to home so I inquired about services. They were able to get my 70 lb goldendoodle in the next week. They listened to my odd request and executed the hairstyle beautifully. Truly no groomer before has done such an excellent job. The women there worked as a team and showed my boy such love and kindness it warmed my heart.

We brought our dog here today for the first time and we will be going here from now on. Friendly staff, plethora of shampoos and grooming supplies available. The water was really warm, which helped keep our dog calm, compared to the other place we would go to that had cooler water. Definitely recommend.

The person working was super nice and helpful as I got my dog bathed there for the first time. The prices are super reasonable and they have everything you could need. I'll definitely be bringing my dog back.
