Justin and I have worked together for a long time and we get each other. I knew what needed to happen for our agency, relayed it to him and he most definitely understood where I was coming from. He tested and retested to make sure things were all set up and ready to roll, got in touch with me to reconfirm everything. When thing were ready to go live, it was a seamless transition. Some minor hiccups were encountered had nothing to do with Bergan KDV, but had to do with our IT company. Justin was able to explain the issue and I was able to get in touch with our IT company to let them know what needed to take place. All in all, we consider ourselves more than lucky to have Justin work with our agency all these years.
