New York Bagel Baking Company

New York Bagel is a community treasure. It's been a lifelong favorite of mine that's always retained its charm while continuing to offer new delicious and fresh menu items. I've loved their salt stix since before I could walk, and I'm sure I'll love them for years to come. I have yet to find a bagel that is more fresh and tastier than a New York Bagel bagel. Every variety is amazing and each different cream cheese is wonderful. The sandwiches are nice too. Okay, enough about the food. The staff and the management are wonderful, salt of the earth people. I witnessed their diligent efforts to reduce everyone's health risks over the past few years which was both impressive and respectable. They're always kind, courteous, and expeditious. Judging from how often I see so many familiar faces working here, and the good moods people are usually in, it has to be a good place to work.

Out-of-towners, but familiar with New York-style bagels, we were skeptical to try these in Ferndale. So glad we did! Euphoria! The bagels, the cream cheese, the made to order bagel sandwiches…each tastier than the last. The staff is quick to offer help even right before closing, would definitely come back.

Great bagel place. Definitely order ahead to make it a smooth experience. I ordered about an hour ahead of time and my order was ready at the window on time. The bagels were still warm when we picked them up. everything was delicious, bagels, herb and garlic cream cheese and our dog loves to dogels.
