Panera Bread

1st time here...and WILL NOT BE MY LAST!! THIS PLACE IS OUTSTANDING 100%... VERY CLEAN... ORGANIZED!!! EMPLOYEES ARE VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL EXPLAINING THEIR MENU.... I was new so I needed help... The employee helped, DIDNT RUSH ME ..AND the customers behind me were patient..never getting upset. The FOOD I COULD EAT EVERY DAY!!! IT IS ABOUT THE BEST FOOD I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME... YOU CAN GET IT QUICK.. SIT BY A FIREPLACE AND RELAX...OR BY WINDOWS WITH FRIENDS CHIT CHATTING...MEETINGS... There LOBBY PERSON IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL OFFERING TO CLEAR TABLES AND MAKE SURE TRASH IS PUT AWAY. THE PIC OF THE BOARD LETS YOU KNOW WHEN THE STATUS OF YOU ORDER IS AT...BRILLIANT!!!...I WILL BE BACK.

Came in before the lunch rush and got our food pretty quickly. My first time coming to this location and it was clean and the service was good. I got the duet with the grilled cheese and tomato soup, my wife got a grilled chicken chipotle sandwich and Asian chicken salad. Haven’t had Panera in a while so it was nice to be able to come back to a good experience!

The manager Annabel went above and beyond with my order. I Order a parfait they didn’t have it, so she quickly took it to her own hands to make me one. Extremely grateful plus her customer service was impeccable. Over a great Panera to go to.
