Team one went above and beyond. My car had set for 5 years. After getting it back on the road I came in for an alignment and after getting it set they took it for a drive and further dialed in my suspension. I’ve never had a shop go the extra mile like this before and would highly recommend them.

Full inspection of vehicle. Oil change. Recommended tire replacements. Friendly service. Clean and orderly shop. John A very professional! Needed car by 12:30pm and car was ready at that promised time. Very satisfied to find Mini cooper service center.

Chase is really great to work with, he was very cheerful and sympathetic at the same time, everything was very clear and they have a new system for conveying all the information. Patrick is also always there and very professional and helpful!
