Really great food is hard to come by when you're in a rush. Apple Spice is a great go-to option for this, I usually order soup and a sandwich but their salads are very good too. You can also call ahead to have your order ready.

Found this cute out of the way sandwich shop. Service was great, food was great. I had the pesto paying and half salad. I ate half and took half home. Very generous portions.
