I contacted them through the messaging on Google Maps and they quickly responded & asked me to come over with the phone, which I did, and a young tall gentleman took a look at it right away --- long story short 25 minutes later the repair was finished with an original Samsung battery installed for a price that beats some of the Amazon prices for the battery itself. Very polite pleasant and efficient - thank you.
