Allstate Computers installed my new Windows 11 computer, monitor and printer. John was most helpful in assisting me in making the selections with patience and understanding. The technician, Vahid, was prompt in arriving and professional in every way. He took time to explain every detail with the new products. I was highly impressed with his vast knowledge of computer technology. John thoughtfully gave me a follow-up call the next day to make sure all was working well. I give this company a 10 Plus and would highly recommend them. Prices are fair and reasonable.

They were the most helpful and friendly service repairmen I’ve ever met. I came in with a fully non-responsive laptop and by the next day, he was able to figure out the problem, realize it was beyond repair but did the research himself to discover it was still on warranty (I had lost the warranty paperwork), and printed out/provided me all the information necessary to call Dell directly to get the issue resolved. They were nothing but helpful and didn’t even charge me despite giving me all the necessary information! Definitely will come back to with any and all PC related issues.

All time great service by John at All State Computers. My PC kept crashing and he fixed it the same day! Earned a long time customer in me and I encourage everyone to give him a shot if you have issues with your PC!!
