My son's HP gaming lap top completely crashed and based on the reviews I brought it here and am extremely happy I did! They do a free diagnostic test that can take 3-6 hours, and the technician Anthony kept in touch with me to explain the results and what needed to be done to fix it and the cost (which was reasonable) and assured me it would be fixed. I dropped it off on a Monday and by Wednesday it was ready to go.

Anthony was thorough, attentive and kind. He kept communication with me during diagnostics of old computer and then was able to retrieve data and uploaded to a refurbished desk top. Thank you.

Kenny came to home, diagnosed and made a couple of quick fixes on multiple devices. He also upgraded my hard drive to SSD at a great price and was completed quickly as promised.
