I made the mistake of going somewhere else first and getting an ambiguous response as to what it would take to fix my PC. Shortly after arriving at Hardware Junky's, he figured out what was wrong by trying different parts he had available. Even after finding one culprit, the diagnostic kept going, and he found something else that wasn't working. Surprisingly, the cost was much less than expected, and I left with a fixed (and upgraded) computer. If I hadn't left the first place I went to, I would've ended up paying for something that wasn't the issue and been without a computer for days. He fixed it in less than two hours (and there were conversations in between tasks, so it could've taken less if we hadn't distracted him!) I highly recommend their services and will know where to go the next time my PC decides to follow the road of Murphy's Law.

Google you spelled junkie wrong. Aldo is amazing at what he can do to fix electronics of all kinds. Thank for all that you have fixed for us. My laptop is doing great and PlayStation runs smoothly now. Have a few other things for you to look at it as always I would ever go anywhere else pricing is one of the best in Waco. I highly recommend anyone to go to hardware junkie for all electronics repairs needed.

Took my Laptop in because the power cut out on it, tried to repair it myself like a dummy and definitely didn't make it better. He was able to identify the issue, and we talked about my next steps to fix it. Upstanding guy, very knowledgeable, and understanding. Will definitely get my future business.
