Just visited IDOTEC for data recovery for my WD MyPassport, the gentleman was upfront on the cost, patiently and honestly explained every possible outcome. This is the second shop I visited, the first shop just want me to hand over the drive then chat, his intention is clear. Therefore, I am highly recommend IDOTEC for your IT needs. Very professional folks. The overall reviews and ratings do not lie. Dropped my computer off and once the issue was found I was courteously contacted for service fee approval prior to them proceeding with the fix. No surprise. The computer still had similar issue after it was returned. I brought it back and they serviced it again without additional charge. Good to go now. Highly recommend.
