The owner was very helpful. He gave me a quote before he started on my laptop. Once they started working on fixing the screen he kept me informed the whole time letting me know when it was going to be done. When I went to pick up my laptop he even gave me some tips on how to protect my touch screen. I will be back to get my daughter's laptop done.
