It's Alive! Thanks to the expertise here at Boulder Tech Support I received all the help and assistance I needed to get a new operating system on an old laptop that had Linex installed on it. It was great to be able to take a little time and ask some questions and make sure I was on the right track. We spoke only on the phone but the directions and suggestions offered were clear and concise. Thank you!

Boulder Tech is a super great service! I have used them both in online support & updating my Laptop. Answered all my questions completely & offered various options. When additional hardware problems cropped up, exchanged faulty replacement parts, not their fault but, with their supplier.
