I have been with Dr Lai for more than ten years. His service and dental hygienist take time to explain each procedure, and provide comfort measures throughout the procedure. I like their gentle care to my teeth too. I appreciate the hi tech equipment and pleasant environment with nature video accompanied by soothing music. The receptionist is also awesome and up to date with my appointment. She sends me reminders for my appointments and works with my insurance company for the procedure. Thank you Dr. James Lai.
