Mr. Ortiz is a busy man and in his meetings with clients, he likes to be fast and concise. Sometimes a little too much. I think he might forget that what is common for him as his daily profession is completely foreign to clients and there are A LOT of unknowns to them. He could be better at explaining certain details and exercise patience when certain obvious questions (to him) are asked. That being said he is a wizard in the courtroom it was great to watch him in his element. He was aggressive with those he is cross-examining and it was fantastic to watch him dismantle weak arguments and downright lies. It took a long time for my case, which was unusual, but it worked out in my favor which I was immensely grateful for. I would highly recommend him. Thank you, Mr. Ortiz!
