Ordering cabinets from the website was easy. Directions were clear. I had a question and called and an actual person (one of the Nelsons) answered the phone and had an answer. When the cabinets arrived, there were no issues. They were good quality and look great. If I have another project, I will definitely order cabinets from Nelson Cabinetry.

We worked with the team at Nelson Cabinetry for our laundry room and a kitchen island. They were professional, personable and knowledgeable about both styles and configurations. When we had some imperfections in the base cabinet doors, replacements were immediately sent to us. I highly recommend getting new cabinets from Nelson Cabinetry.

Good product but high shipping costs need to be managed better.
