I have been living in the Miami Gardens area for several years & drove by ALAN dry Cleaners countless times. I always went other places for my dry cleaning & alteration Needs. on June 1st I stopped in for pants that need alteration & met with Mike & prosper talk about customer service these guys are very professional. I told them I need this done as quickly as possible & they delivered they took the time to explain everything & gave me the pick up time when I arrived which was no longer than a couple hours not only my pants were ready they were pressed which I didn’t expect. This has been my go to place for alterations for 15+ years. The tailor is EXCELLENT and does an amazing job each and every time. I moved out of the area a few years ago and I will continue to make that drive to Alan Dry Cleaners to get my alterations done.

I want to thank Sindy for what she did for me today. All the workers had left for today and she personally went to the back to press my pants herself. Now that's customer service!! All ways making sure their customers are happy and look their best. I would give this place 10 stars if I can.
