All of this was explained to us in easy to understand language, and the documents made that clear. The work was completed in a professional and very courteous manner at a time when the pandemic made personal contact impossible. Two weeks later, it was necessary to make a change in our authorizations, and that too was completed quickly and professionally. The cost to do this was also very reasonable and we are very pleased with the outcome.
