I recommend this store because of the excellent personal service of Nika in the Design Department. She went above and beyond to help me with design and planning of my project. She is delightful to work with and has a great eye for design! You don’t often find employees who go the extra mile for their company, Nika is a rare exception! If you want personal service and follow through for your next project, Nika is the woman for the job.

Huge place to find tile, laminate floors, etc. They have thousands of products in display. Staff was friendly and very professional, very knowledgeable of their products. David was our associate salesperson, friendly and polite, stood with us until we paid for transaction, guy was great.

I have been going to Floor and Decor, but the service we received today from Pauline Lara was outstanding. She went out of her way to help us find what we are looking for to complete our project. Excellent product knowledge and customer service.
