Gray Smoke Barbecue

I used them Dec 2, 2023 to cater our 11th anniversary celebration. The food was great !! This was the first time I’ve used a food truck for an event . They have the process down. They set up in the area we had discussed prior to the event. They made the process so easy for me and our customer's. This was the first event that I was able to relax and enjoy. I received nothing but positive feedback from my customers that attended our event. I highly recommend them.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with french fries for lunch today. Fast, Friendly and the bbq was awesome. I’ve seen this food truck in town for a while but never stopped to smell the smoke. Don’t make my mistake, go grab a plate. I’m glad I finally stopped in today. In the words of Arnold I’ll be back!

So Tasty! The pulled pork bowl, with coleslaw, cheese sauce, and the white bbq sauce was absolute perfection! I will definitely be tracking these guys around town!!
