Le Chat Noir

Ooh, La La! We love the chat noir! It is pleasantly quaint, well appointed. We were warmly greeted by Adrian. The service was perfect, Adrian was there when we needed him, but did not hover, perfect! Our food was delicously, unmistakably, French. Appetizer, Escargot. First course, French Onion Soup w/Gruyere. Main course, Duck Breast in Peppercorn Sauce, and the Pistachio Mustard Crusted Rack of Lamb. And of course, great wine. We lingered over a shared dessert, Vanilla Ice Cream with Chestnut Cream, and flavored with Brandy! Oh, mon cheri, so good!

1/20/24 The place is small and quaint. The service was great. I believe Johann was his name, he was very attentive to us. Everything that we ordered tonight was 10 out of 10..!! We ordered their Venison and their Filet Mignon for the main entree. Their Escargot and Onion soup for starters. For dessert, we ordered their Napoleon and Crème Brûlée. Everything we ate hit the spot.

Me and my girlfriend went here for our first Valentine’s Day. Food and service were great.
