we called because our garage door was acting up. garage door acted fine while Charles was here, (never fails) but said to call him and he would head right over if it acted a fool again. he could've just told us that our ancient unit needed to be replaced, but he was honest and did not charge us for the call. we'll call when this ol thang acts a fool again! lol...
