I had a Wayne Dalton torquemaster spring fail last night around 10pm. With a quick call at 830am this morning and a couple of cell phone pics of my setup, I was on the schedule for this evening and was back up and running a little over an hour after James arrived. I had James do a conversion from torquemaster to torsion and he was very knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. He inspected all the mounts, brackets and rails. Also balanced the door very well. Next day response and efficient service with reasonable pricing makes for a great experience overall. Thank you James!

Others wanted to put a new garage door. I wanted it fixed. James did that for me and you can’t even tell it was damaged. It was a reasonable price. I am pleased to have come across affinity Garage Doors.

Great customer service, very nice, friendly staff from the office to the tech that installed my new garage door and garage door opener. Nice sturdy door replaced my old flimsy one, strongly recommend.
