I contacted Johnson Garage Door a day after the holiday was pleased to get an appointment the same day! They responded very quickly and repaired my double garage door, so that we could get our cars out. I asked if he had time to look at the single garage door as they were the same age etc. He not only took the time but found one of my cables starting to fray that would eventually lead to a failure on the door. I had him replace everything on this door as well. Our technician was very polite, patient and professional. He cleaned everything up and explained their warranty. He was patient and very knowledgeable about what we wanted and expected. I would easily recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Greg the installation technician was great and did a professional job. He also walked me through how the remotes worked and pointed out features such as the camera and how to adjust the light beam safety system if it fails to open. My neighbor is needing a new door and I will highly recommend Johnson!!!
