Preferred Garage Doors

I was warmly attended to when I called by Chrissy and she helped me immediately with my problem. I was able to send a picture through their email. Will, the owner got right back to me and sent a wonderful technician Alex , who was fantastic. Not only did he replace my controller key pad but he walked me through every step. He took such interest in making sure I understood how everything worked. It was a pleasure to have such a young gentleman who took the time to make sure I was satisfied I was very impressed with this Preferred and I put their card taped in my garage for any future situations I may have . They were all honest and professional and trustworthy . Thank you !

My garage door assembly came completely apart. I called Preferred Garage Doors in a panic. She said she could have someone there in a couple hours. Joseph showed up, explained to me what had happened and told me what he was going to do to fix it. About an hour and a half later I had a functioning garage door opener. Fast, curious and knowledgeable!! 5 stars!

Called and asked for a quote and they were by far, the most reasonable pricing. They were actually able to come out the same day I called them. The technician was very courteous and friendly, and it was fixed in less than an hour will definitely refer this company, overall it was a really good experience. Good old fashion customer service.
