I was a member there when , I was stationed at ft benning ,great place to workout at it is close ,to ft beginning and I had 24 hr. Access. Staff was great equipment awsome. I miss this gym.

I love this gym I don't have to worry about the hours because they're open 24 hours And I love the fact that they have a lady side and I can work out and don't have to worry about any distractions! Love it.

Great gym been going for two years now and they don’t fail to disappoint. staff is welcoming and friendly, and it’s a 24 hour gym, if you are new say i recommended you. management is wonderful.
