Love this gym! Everything is always clean, the equipment is sanitary and functional, the staff are kind, and the members are respectful (no wandering eyes/creepy stares/machine hogs/etc.). I fully enjoy spending three days a week here and normally occupy the space for 1.5-2 hours. I have never had to wait for a machine or space to free up and there is always a clean locker ready for me to use.

Everytime my daughter and I or just myself go it’s always an exemplary experience. Great customer service and a genuine appreciation of people that is not found often these days. Machines are always in good working condition, and if there’s is any problem or delay it is always handled properly and with great strides to make sure that you feel comfortable and taken care of. Best gym I’ve ever attended

This location is the biggest planet fittness in Fort Wayne. Sometimes it can be really packed but most times it is not. There are Plenty of machines to use. Very rarely do I wait for a machine. I do wish there were more bench and squat stations.
