Wunderlich County Park is a lovely park nestled in Woodside. It's easily accessible from the Bay Area. There is a stable and we saw folks driving in with their own horses and people learning horse riding. The trails go through tall Redwood and Eucalyptus trees. Some of the trails are also marked as equestrian trails. The parking lot is a bit small so it is a good idea to go early. There is a small picnic area near the parking lot itself. The stables were founded in 1905. A good place to hang out with family over weekends.
Very nice hiking area with a horse riding farm on the way to the trail. The trail is fine cool through all the redwoods. It’s close to the center of Woodside. The parking lot is fills up quite fast on the weekends.
Great county park with seek designed trails that allow you do to loops for just about every location in the park. A decent diversity of trees leads to a diversity of understory plants, fungi and wildlife.
