Maleno Builders converted our first-floor Livingroom into a master bedroom and bathroom. From the first meeting to the construction estimate they were very professional and accommodating. The project came in on budget and ahead of time. My wife is handicapped and they accommodated her need and recommended changes and additions that met her needs. We stayed in the house during the renovation and were not inconvenienced during the process. We especially wish to express our thanks to Lee (who handled the major portion of the work) and Joe for all they did. We would highly recommend Maleno Builders for any remodelling project, they are excellent.

However, their team worked diligently to build us our dream home AND even finished two weeks before their estimated closing date. Every member of their team is absolutely fabulous, responsive, and full of expertise! The quality of our home is second to none, and we are forever grateful!
