The community has spoken and they were right! All the recommendations were 100% true. I called 24 Seven Air Conditioning and spoke to Richard who did everything he could over the phone to resolve the issue I was having with my Nest thermostat install. He eventually solved my issue even after Nest customer service told me it was not compatible with my Trane AC unit. I would recommend anyone with AC issues call him, I know I'm never calling another AC person after dealing with Richard. You got a customer for life. Thanks again!

We reached out to Richard in a panic on a Sunday morning because our AC was not getting cool and my wife is pregnant. He responded immediately with advice on how to fix this problem and was extremely helpful and professional. Ended up that our AC froze over and we were able to fix it within the hour. Highly recommend this company!

I spoke with the service technician at the office and explained my problem. He told me they were on a lot of calls that day but have gave me specific instructions to solve me AC dilemma.
