Chris is now my go-to professional for any heating and ac needs. The gas boiler went out this morning. I spoke to Jennifer who treated me with great customer care. She took care of the details and Chris was at the house later in the afternoon, during a holiday weekend. Reasonable, professional, experienced, and kind. Besides replacing the bad thermo couple, he made adjustments to several parts of the heating system, including the thermostats, to have the entire system run more efficiently.
