Brown Air Conditioning & Heating

My furnace broke down on a Saturday night and I immediately put in a work order to my home warranty company. They assigned Brown Air and Heat. I called on Sunday morning and Charles came out to assess the situation that day. I had to have a new furnace put in and that was completed on Wednesday as promised. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and professional and the installation went very smoothly.

Absolutely fantastic! Matt and his team are amazing! Job was scheduled Tuesday and completed same day! New furnace, a/c, thermostat and various other things that I can’t recall at the moment. It was a big job and they completed it with a pleasant attitude the whole time. Thank you! This is the company to call when you need HVAC service. Outstanding.

They were efficient and communicated with me often through the process. They worked until the problem was resolved. It was a home warranty job so it took a little longer but as soon as approval was granted the new furnace was in thank to Matt, Cole, and the whole team.
