Troy is very thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable, efficient, speedy and hard working. I appreciate the service he along with the other plumber he partnered with very much. The job I needed done was complex and under a rigid time restraints and they kindly completed it. Troy has been sick but he still worked hard. Herb was a great friendly and honest technician that verified the furnace problem and answered all my questions. Great complete experience with this company.
