First time using this company and it was a good experience. I had already had someone else check/fix my unit and they had to come back twice because it stopped working. The third time he came out he didnt fix it but still charged me $60 just to check it and tell me I needed a new unit. I decided to call Norway and they came out the same day I called them and gave me a free estimate and 2 quotes on what my options were. They came out the next week to replace my outdoor unit and charged me exactly what they said they would. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I love the way the technicians are professional in what they do and very respectful with a great attitude. The communication is a phone call and text message of the estimated time they will be at the location. I had peace of mind and my parents are happy with the service, to me that alone means alot and it's easy to make a payment, they send a link and for me that's perfect. ??
