The team at Signature Heating and Air was phenomenal to work with. I wish all contractors conducted business like Signature Heating & Air. They were professional and prompt in giving me a detailed quote and John answered all my questions (and I had A LOT of them) always returning my call when he said he would. The unit John recommended fits great in the space and is quiet as he recommended due to proximity to my back patio. The installation was exactly as they described in my initial quote and any small variances were thoroughly explained to me. I would highly recommend them. I’ve received quotes from several contractors since I’ve bought my house and did a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel last year, and in my experience this team is the gold standard.

I wanted to express my gratitude to the owner for taking the time to respond to my question concerning my humidifier installation. He took the time of his busy day and during his personal time off to assist with peer review of my work. It was in reference to the circuit relay for the thermostat to call for humidity and I was up and running in no time. These guys are highly recommended in my neighborhood and I can see why. I normally perform HVAC maintenance on my own. Should it go beyond my abilities, I'm definitely calling John again! I highly recommend them as well!

Jonathan Rivas did an excellent job fixing our furnace and very professional. I highly recommend his company to everyone. I trust their work and unlike other companies that only thinks of getting big profits from consumers, Signature Heating and Cooling will try to fix it first instead of selling you expensive furnace without trying to fix it first.
