Wow! This company restored my faith in the industry. The company was very courteous and professional on the phone. They sent a technician, Charles, out right away. I lost my heat after a power surge. Charles diagnosed my problem and showed me what was wrong. He diagnosed the issue and his office went the extra mile to find a new controller board because their local supplier was out of stock. The next day they came and made the repair. Charles was on time to both appointments. He is friendly and approachable. He performed the repair in good time and then showed me that everything was back up and running. I was happy to have the same technician who did the diagnosis also do the repair. Five-star service by Charles and Spencer Air! I’m a customer for life!

Spencer customer representative was to the point. Charles was excellent. Very professional and right to the root cause of the issue. Fixed my unit in 10 mins. I am very satisfied with the service. I had a requirement for the technician to wear shoe covers before entering the house which i had mentioned in my conversation with the customer rep and it was well communicated with Spencer. He had them on even before hitting my doorbell. Fantastic guys keep it up..
