This was my first time doing any kind of hypnotherapy so I went into this with a little speculation, but I agreed to do it because of how much great feedback I had heard about her from multiple people. After my first session I was given the tools I needed to really help deal with my personal struggles and completely reinvented myself by the 3rd or 4th visit. Ilah is incredible! She cares so much and you can really tell. She is on top of everything and always at least 10 steps ahead. Ilah really put my mind at ease and taught me so much. She has AMAZING energy, and a very soothing voice. She provided me with a solid game plan to achieve my goals and some beyond valuable resources.
