Hypnotherapy Mind and Body

I've been seeing Angela for hypnotherapy, reiki and have attended her sound bath sessions. She is truly a remarkable person and her healing work is a testament. Having never experienced a sound bath before I wasn't sure what to expect, but after the first experience I was hooked. It has helped me with my healing process on all levels physical and emotional. The experience is hard to put into words, I would highly encourage anyone to attend and experience it for themselves. For me personally, the sound baths have become a routine and a must in self care. I always feel amazing afterwards. The sound baths have become a major component in my healing process and day to day life.

Angela is amazing! She has helped me so much with my healing and growth this year. After going through a near death experience and fighting for my life I had to sort through so much mentally and work through some PTSD. I needed to work on healing some previous trauma as well. Angela dove right in to help me through it all. She has been dedicated to helping me heal and grow and I have come so far with her help and with hypnosis. She has helped me to see so much that I wasn't seeing in myself. Through my hypnotherapy sessions I have learned, have done much healing, have opened up my heart to growth and I have found an inner peace. I have changed so much since seeing her and because of that my life has changed in so many positive ways.

Angela has been a warm and empowering mentor on my journey of self-rediscovery. Our hypnotherapy sessions have given me the confidence and strength to enact changes in my way of thinking and outlook on life. In therapy, her positive energy reminds me to be thoughtful and kind to myself through my process of healing. Though our time together has been brief, it's been deeply meaningful. Others can see the change in me, and I can see how life moves around me. I am finally coming back to myself, and it's thanks to Angela.
