Gina Vance has the most safe, calming, comforting presence. The visual miracles that happen in her hypnotherapy sessions are really life-changing and freeing. I struggle with severe chest tightness due to anxiety, amongst other typical symptoms - overthinking, brain fog, muscle tension, etc. Those have subsided since I started going to her, and especially the chest tightness after the 3rd session!! I've tried EVERYTHING - yoga, meditation, meds, you name it. I love how she gets straight to the point and is determined to help you get to the ROOT cause.
